Francesca Cook received a B.A. in biology from Mount Holyoke College and a M.P.H. from Yale University. Ms. Cook is an executive at a biotechnology company. Previously, Ms. Cook spent several years working in both the United States Senate and in Consulting.

Chyla Evans was born in Chicago, Illinois and attended prep school in Massachusetts before heading south to Nashville to attend Vanderbilt University, where she received a B.A. in economics. After graduation, she returned to the Chicago area to work in the 1st scholar program of First Chicago while attending Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. After receiving an M.B.A., Ms. Evans began a career in business. Ms. Evans lived in Denver, Colorado and Los Angeles, California before moving to her present home in Washington, D.C.. She is a divorced mother of two and works in Sustainable Energy Lighting & Signage.
Clarita Frazier was born in Washington, D.C.. She received a B.S. degree in Zoology from Howard University and a M.D. from the University of Maryland. She completed a residency in Anesthesiology at Tufts-New England Medical Center and fellowship in Obstetric Anesthesiology at Harvard-Brigham and Women's Hospital. She is in private practice and resides in Glenelg, Maryland. She lives with her husband and beautiful daughter.
Allita Irby holds a M. A. S. degree in Business from The Johns Hopkins University, and is retired from a major telecommunications company. Trained at Georgetown University in organization development, Ms. Irby is also a business consultant in the public and non-profit sectors. In addition, she is a visual artist who works in mixed media and is active in the arts community in Washington, D. C. and the surrounding counties. Donna Neale, holds a degree in Human Biology from Brown University and received a MD from Boston University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Georgetown University School of Medicine and fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine at the Yale University School of Medicine. She is now an Assistant Professor in Gynecology and Obstetrics at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and specializes in Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Dr. Neale is married with two children and a chocolate lab. In addition to cherishing time with her family, she also enjoys skiing, running, traveling and participating in community service.
Yolanda Yates is a Manager at a telecommunications company. She holds a B.A. degree in Public Communications from The American University and an M.G.A. in Marketing from The University of Maryland. Ms. Yates was born in Washington, D.C.. She currently resides in Maryland with her husband.
